Our site is free for the consumer to use. We list contractors and advertisers that have paid a fee to be a part of this directory.

We do not sell your personal information to multiple builders, contractors or advertisers. In fact, we don't ask for your personal information. So you never have to worry about predators or identity thieves getting it from us.

We are a professional contractor listing service, listing only contractors that agree to our "initial" Prescreening Process and thereby qualify to be listed as one of "THOSE GOOD GUYS" through that process.

After being in insurance for more than 20 years I have seen it all. I believe it is time to stop the dangerous, unlawful, unlicensed, uninsured, activity of unscrupulous contractors, that is plaguing the construction industry. That is why I have founded, THOSE GOODGUYS.COM,INC
